While attending the Real Estate School and other education events, you can earn a ULI professional development certificate. There are two certificates available: the Real Estate Development Certificate or the Real Estate Development Finance Certificate.

For more than 25 years, the ULI Real Estate School has set the standard in continuing education for land use professionals. Workshops
ULI Workshops are intensive one- and two-day programs designed to provide real estate professionals with the latest best practices in development, design, finance, marketing, and other real estate disciplines. Workshop instructors are experienced practitioners who present practical, up-to-date information through a combination of lectures and real-world case studies. These interactive programs present a unique networking opportunity and provide students with a venue to share experiences with recognized experts.

On-demand Workshops
Get the basics of ULI Workshops from the comfort of your PC.
ULI is proud to offer our online workshop series. Online workshops offer you the same material that you would receive in a live workshop, but give you the flexibility to take the course when it fits in your schedule. Online workshops can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each online workshop is divided into one-hour segments. Each segment may be viewed up to 5 times within a 90-day period.
